About the methodology

The Little Minute After Trying is a methodology built around a single observation: the most formative moment in learning is the space between first effort and outside help. In that space, authorship is built, self-trust develops, and real capacity takes shape.

This work exists because that space is now under threat. AI and instant tools have made it possible for polished results to arrive before the person producing them has had a chance to form the capacity that the results were supposed to develop. This is not a technology problem. It is a formation problem. And it calls for a formation-level response.

The methodology provides a framework for understanding what is happening, why it matters, and what adults \u2014 teachers, parents, facilitators, and students themselves \u2014 can do about it.

About the companion classes

The methodology has been translated into four live teaching tracks: Teacher Master Class, Parent Master Class, Student Master Class, and T3: Teach the Teacher. Each track is supported by a companion resource system of slide decks, facilitator guides, case studies, exercises, and implementation tools.

These are not recorded courses. They are live, practical workshops designed to be delivered in person or in real-time virtual settings.
